Die PROVITA Projektgesellschaft mbH ist als 100%ige Tochter der OÖ. Lehrer-Kranken- und Unfallfürsorge für deren Immobilienverwaltung zuständig. Dazu zählen neben den Hotels Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl und Spa Hotel Bründl in Bad Leonfelden noch zwei Wohnhäuser.
Die LKUF wurde gegründet, um auf die Bedürfnisse der oberösterreichischen Pflichtschullehrer:innen direkt eingehen zu können. In den über 100 Jahren des Bestehens ist die LKUF in vielen Bereichen Wegbereiterin und unterstützt ihre Mitglieder mit einem umfassenden Leistungsspektrum und verschiedensten gesundheitspräventiven Maßnahmen.
Unser Ziel ist die ständige Anhebung des Qualitätsniveaus für die höchste Zufriedenheit unserer Mitglieder, Bewohner:innen und Gäste.
Die Kernaufgaben der PROVITA Projektgesellschaft mbH sind:

Betreuung und optimale Nutzung der Immobilien der LKUF

Erhöhung der Wertschöpfung für die LKUF

Adaptierungen, Instandhaltung, Projektplanung und -umsetzung sowie Verwaltung der Wohnhäuser und Hotels in Zusammenarbeit mit den Betreibern Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl und Spa Hotel Bründl in Bad Leonfelden
